APC-20 Person Discharged From Hospital

You will agree with me that despite the peace accord which was signed by all the Governorship and Presidential candidates of various political party. There is still some level of desperation on the two well known political parties. 

The leadership of the All Progressive Congress in rivers state Davis Ibiamo Ikanya Yesterday announces the discharge of 20 persons who sustained injuries during the attacked on the APC rally in Okirika, the home town of Dame Patience Jonathan early this week.

Mr. Davis Ibiamo Ikanya, while giving a statement said due to the stampede. Although, it was revealed that during the attack, lots of persons sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital for treatment.  

He also revealed that, two police men and a civilian are still undergoing treatment at the state hospital.

According to him, the recent attack on the APC will not stop the party from holding or conducting rallies in Okirika. Thus, Okirika does not belong to a party.
