Lupita Nyong wore this multi coloured dress at the 8th annual Essence Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon in Los Angeles on Thursday.

While at the event, the Oscar winning actress could not stop smiling as she presented the Vanguard Award to the cast of one of her favorite shows, Orange Is The New Black.
