Orange is sweet and juicy, it is a wonderful source of vitamin A, B, C, B1, Calcium, Copper and Potassium, and it is also rich in dietary fiber. Lot of people take oranges for the sweetness, but do not have full knowledge of what orange gives or can do in the body. Oranges have cholesterol fighting pectin fiber, potassium which helps to control the body blood pressure.
