Ogun State Task Force Sealed Up Filling Station Selling Diesel For Fuel To Customers


A filling station suspected to be selling unrefined petroleum product as diesel in Ogun state to customers have been caught by the Ogun state task force.
According to source, the victim of the suspected unrefined crude product being sold at the Arola Petroleum Filling Station Abeokuta, said the product has already cause a damage to his vehicle and has been advised to lay his complaint to the appropriate authority in demand for justice before the Task Force on enforcement and compliance in the state came for his rescue.
Meanwhile, the man in charge of the filling station has since been arrested, and the filling station sealed up.
The state Task force also monitored the sale of the petroleum product across the state capital and had serious battle with filling stations operators who had the product/ commodity and refuse to sell the product or sell at exorbitant rate to customers.
However, fuel pump attendant were compelled to change their price from N140 to the official selling price of N87 per litre while the people were asked to be orderly as they monitor to sale of the product to them.
