Supporters of Biafran Leader Nnamdi Kanu Took To The Street

The city of Port Harcourt today saw mammoth crowd of both men and women comprises of old and young on a protest along the street of Azikiwe Rd. The supporters of Radio Biafra Director and Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, who was said to have been arrested by the DSS in Lagos on arrival in Nigeria from UK, took to the streets of Port Harcourt on a peaceful protest.
The protesters who took to the street carried different placard showing:

‘‘British and Nigeria should leave Biafra alone or…..While some carried placards showing Biafra or War…, Freedom Biafra….’’.

But our correspondence that had a conversation had this to say:
They have arrested our Leader Nnamdi Kanu; they should release him and let Biafra be. We do not want to be part of Nigeria, the Zoo will definitely fall.
Below are some of the photos:

Meanwhile, we will keep you updated with all the latest from Port Harcourt as the story unfolds.
