Afghan Mob Set Woman Ablaze For Allegedly Burning Koran

It was real horrible moment for a woman who was beaten to death by a mob before her body was set ablaze and dumped in a muddy river in the heart of Afghan capital.

Reports revealed that, the lady in question allegedly burnt a copy of the Koran. But parents of the women told the police that their daughter had suffered from mental illness and that her burning of the Islam holy book was not intentional.

Meanwhile, the shocking picture showed the crowd of men repeatedly stamping on the 27 year old Lady, whose name is Farkhunda, near the Shah-e Doh Shamshira shrine and mosque in the heart of Kabul.

At one point, one of the attackers can be seen striking the woman with a piece of wood while another was filmed hurling a brick at her as she laid on the ground.
