Barr. Nyesom Wike Declared Winner Of Rivers State Governorship Election

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Rivers state, Chief Barr Nyesom Ezebunwon Wike has emerged the winner of the state governorship election. The result was announced by the Independent National Electoral Commissions (INEC) returning officer of the state; Prof. Faraday Oruwense.

According to him, Barr Nyesom Ezebunwon Wike got a total of 1,029,102 votes to knock down his opponent from the All progressive Congress (APC) Dakuku Adol Peterside who had 124,896 votes.
