Breaking News: Jihadist Militant Attacked Radisson Blu Hotel In Mali 3 Feared Dead


Some armed gun men purported to be Jihadist militants have been shooting sporadically in the 7th floor of a Hotel named the Radisson Blu in the city of Bamako, Mali. The Hotel which is said to have about 190 rooms and guest lodged in it, have been taken over by the Jihadist militants with 170 persons held hostage.
Although some of the hostages have been freed, but were granted freedom on the grounds that they could recite some verses of the Koran.

Meanwhile, three persons comprising of two (2) Malian and one (1) French national have been reportedly killed in the attack. Thus, the US embassy has sent a tweet to all her citizens residing in Bamako, to take covering in safe places.
Security personnel’s have been deployed to the scene of the attack, to combat the situation as some guest flee the hotel for safety.
