Boko Haram insurgents attacked a village in Borno, leaving over 24 persons dead while dozens were injured. Security sources revealed that the terrorists stormed Kwajafa, the home-town of former chairman of NDLEA Mr Fulani Kwajafa, on Sunday.

Meanwhile source from the area told newsmen that. Some of the residents, who were in a mosque, were also set ablaze. While other source claimed that many residents who could not escape when the insurgents fired into the gathering were affected leaving over 24 persons dead in the attack.
Jubrin Usman, a Maiduguri resident, who hails from the area where the insurgents launched the attacked said:
