Joint Task Force (JTF) have
arrested 4 suspected sea pirates at the Mbikiri and Nembe 1 community in Brass
and Nembe 1 Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
The suspects were
paraded by JTF yesterday at the Joint Task Force (JTF) head quarters in Pulo Yenagoa.
Meanwhile, The commandant of the Joint Task Force (JTF) Major General Emmanuel Atewe displayed the various
ammunitions recovered from the suspected sea pirates in the area.
According to him, the
suspects were arrested on Monday the 11th of May 2015 and Tuesday the 12th of
May 2015 respectively by the Joint Task Force (JTF) troops deployed to fantuo
in Brass Local Government area of Bayelsa state.
