President Muhammadu
Buhari has charged all the designated ministers to be agents of change at work,
and work as a team to achieve his administration dream for Nigeria.
The
president also asked them to use the office of the chief of staff as an
official communication channel to run with the presidential system of
Government.
The retreat started yesterday November 4th and will end today
November 6th.
